About me

My interest in everything related to the body grew  from a young age when I got to spend a lot of time figure skating, playing in softball or volleyball teams

but especially through 5 years of contemporary dance study in college and university.

Having a career where I can help people move better and do their favorite activities is what has drawn me to massage.

It started back in Quebec in 2012, where I worked in a spa and at my home-based clinic before moving to BC for the love of skiing and the wilderness. I then worked at a couple different luxury heliskiing lodges for 3 years, before becoming a BC RMT in 2021. I have been offering Massage Therapy in Sicamous since moving from Revelstoke to Malakwa in 2022.

On top of the deep tissue technique which I am known for, I also like to use myofascial and neuromuscular techniques. I now started training in craniosacral therapy with the goal to offer this gentle approach that targets the nervous system and helps find restriction in the body and facilitating it's release.ca
